Our PUBLIC Policy
- What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations for regular public schedule classes up to 24 hours prior to the class, we will refund or credit your full payment. There are no refunds within 24 hours of class. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have last minute emergencies, please email or call us. This policy is in place to allow all customers the opportunity to attend classes. We do not offer refunds or gift cards if for class no shows.
- What happens if the weather is bad on the night I am registered to paint?The studio will be open if classes are scheduled. We will make our best effort to contact everyone on the list if we decide to close the store. If we closed the studio due to inclement weather, you will not be charged for class. We will post all closings on the home page of the website.
- May I bring a non-painting guest to class to watch me while I paint?This is a “hands-on” activity and our classes are usually at capacity so there is not room for spectators along with painting customers.
- Is there an age requirement to attend a Bubbles n Brushes class?Children 12 years and over may attend with a painting adult for our adult evening classes. An adult who is also registered to paint during the class must accompany anyone under the age of 18. We do not allow infants in our studio other than "Family Night" or private parties.
- Do you have kids classes?Yes, we have kids classes for ages 4-12. For more information on Kids classes check our our calendar or email us with your party request.
- Can we reserve more than 10 seats for a class?You can register for parties of 10 online. Parties of more than 10 must contact us with party details. Update your seat count prior to class to avoid charges for no shows at check-in.
- How much does it cost to attend a Bubble n Brushes class?Classes range from $20 - $45 per class. Visit our calendars for additional details on classes. To view class prices, click on the image you want to paint and the class details will appear.
- When does the new schedule of upcoming classes come out?The calendar for the upcoming month is posted the third week of each month. However, due to low participants on our public classes, it will be posted on a per basis schedule.
- Do I get to take my painting home at the end of night?Yes, you will take your finished painting home at the end of the evening.
- What time do I need to arrive for a class?We will open the doors 15 minutes before class. Its best to arrive 5minutes early to avoid long lines at check-in.
- Can I reserve seats for my friends so we can sit together?We will reserve blocks of seats for parties of 6 or more automatically when you register.
- What type of beverage can I bring to drink?You can bring any type of beverage that you like. You can bring your favorite snacks too.
- Do you have bottle openers for wine? Yes we have wine openers.
- Do you have cups for our beverages?Yes, we will have cups.
- What do I need to wear?We recommend wearing old clothes to class. We also have old t-shirts and apron for added protection. The acrylic paint does not come out of clothing.
- Do I need to bring my own supplies?We supply paint, brushes, easels, aprons and canvas. We do not allow outside canvas in the studio. Occasionally we offer special days in which you may bring larger canvas into select studios.
- We have the right to refuse or remove anyone, anytime from the party. Please be courteous to others.
